As we continue expanding our brand and license portfolio, we're looking for a visionary and driven E-Commerce Customer Service Representative to help elevate our Pro Standard brand to the next level. What You’ll Do Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via Zendesk , Meta , and other communication platforms. Identify customer needs to provide accurate, efficient solutions that resolve their concerns. Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and resolve customer issues effectively. Keep customers updated on the status of their inquiries or incidents as needed. Collect customer feedback and suggestions to help identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with the team to implement service enhancements and streamline support processes. What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role. High proficiency in English and intermediate Portuguese , both written and spoken. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead resolution efforts. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Hands-on experience with customer service platforms like Zendesk , Meta , and instant messaging systems. Comfortable with tools such as Zendesk , Meta Business Suite , Microsoft Office , and eager to learn new systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of the sportswear industry and product fulfillment processes is a plus. Who You Are A time management pro with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively. A clear and confident communicator, skilled in engaging across all levels of the organization. Adaptable and flexible in a rapidly changing environment. Detail-oriented and organized, capable of delivering work with a high degree of accuracy.
