Staff Accountant's Responsibilities: Perform daily and monthly cash reconciliations and support month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue balances, and assist with customer invoicing, credit, and collections. Generate financial reports, conduct analytical reviews, and provide forecasting and support to assigned departments. Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and audit schedules, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and workflow. Provide backup support for accounting functions and perform additional tasks as assigned. Staff Accountant's Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance 5 years of accounting experience NetSuite ERP experience () Salary: $60,000-$65,000
