Accounts Payable Specialist

Overview: 3rd generation contractor that does business in 3 western states is seeking an AP Specialist to join their team. Interact with all departments across the organization and be relied on to provide a high level of service to both vendors and internal customers. What you'll do: Route all invoices to all locations for approval Code, post and pay all invoices Support with month-end process and auditing requirements Research, reconcile and resolve discrepancies Research and resolve A/P discrepancies Bi-weekly check writing, credit cards issued, and ACH payment processes for all payments Monthly reconciliation of statements for vendors What you'll gain: 100% paid medical/dental benefits for you and family, 401k match, pension and generous PTO Closed for 2 weeks over the winter holidays!
