Customer Sales Associate Duties: Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions through direct contact Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services our company has to offer Work directly with potential customers, upselling them using our sales training tactics Actively listen to the customer's needs and present possible options Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the customer service sales team Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all times
