Position Details: Position Type: Contract Job Location: San Diego, CA Benefits: 401K, Dental insurance, Medical Insurance, Vision Insurance Compensation: $31.52 Overview/Requirements: • Provides project tracking, planning, documentation, and analytical support in the development of strategies, assessments and analysis of program elements, metrics and reports for management and supervision • Helps to evaluate success of special projects and makes recommendations for improvement • Ensures multiple work assignments are completed on time, gathering and compiling information from various stakeholders, and providing detailed status reports and accurate project status assessments as required • Review and processes as builts submitted by field employees for GIS implementation • Uploads as builts and appropriate documentation in SAP • Submits permit requests, processes permit information in SAP, and tracks permits status • Review and processes timekeeping documents, timesheets submitted by field employees and entry of information into the MyTime application • Reviews and processes expense reports turned in by represented and non-represented employees • Processes and coordinates travel coordination with represented employees • Processes vacation requests submitted by field employees, tracking of vacation, and enters them into MyTime • Reviews and processes changes for field employees in the ARCOS system • Responsible for ordering office supplies • Reviews and processes DVIR’s submitted by field employees to ensure compliance • Reviews and supports gas operations record retention documents to ensure compliance • Performs other duties as required Qualifications A high school diploma and 2 years admin experience is required. College courses or vocational training desired. Demonstrated knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Must have excellent organization and time management skills, able to handle compliance paperwork/filing. Excellent oral and written skills, experience tracking time and costs.
