Accounts Payable/Receivable Processor

With an annual gross revenue of 7.5 million, we are growing! We are currently looking to add an experienced AP/AR Processor to our accounting team. What you’ll be doing: • Accounts Payable - Process and post vendor invoices - Maintain current AP aging, reporting weekly - Reconciliation of credit card statements - Verification and reconcile account discrepancies - Post payments processed by controller - Other duties as assigned • Accounts Receivable - Invoice closed orders timely - Maintain current AR aging, reporting weekly - Follow up on overdue accounts - Maintain collections of outstanding AR to keep cash flow strong - Coordinate with sales and customer service to address account concerns Requirements: • Associates, Bachelors Degree in Accounting OR extensive applicable work experience • Experience with ERP software (RFMS, or Global Shop) desired • Experience with data entry and accounts payable/receivable • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook • Professional communication, willingness to learn, team-player Location: 8800 Lottsford Road, Largo, MD 20774 Hours of operation: Monday – Friday 7:30 to 4:00 Job Type: Full-time, In Person Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, HSA, Disability Insurance, Life Insurance, PTO, Paid Holidays, 401k with employer matching (after one year).
