Commit to becoming an automotive sale expert by gaining in-depth knowledge of vehicle inventory and technology. Demonstrate to guest the industry leading features. Complete quotes and explain financing options. Perform follow ups with prospective customers by phone and/or email. Perform follow ups with existing customer base to confirm satisfaction and generate referrals. Requirements: Strong desire to be successful. Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships. Basic computer and internet skills. Excellent appearance and verbal/written communication skills. Ability to ask for the sale and follow through with closing transaction. Valid U.S. driver license Ability to pass pre-employment background check, drug screening, and maintain clean driving record.
