Job Description Job Description Product Manager Exciting opening for a Product Manager that can work with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, sales and marketing to motivate and facilitate the product development process, overseeing the entire product lifecycle. Location: Pleasant Prairie Schedule : Monday through Friday Pay rate: 70-95k Duties: Establish new, and drive the execution and/or improvement of, existing processes in the product life cycle. Including stage gates, product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch. Lead and execute continuous improvement of the Commercialization process. Lead all aspects of product and related accessory creation through commercial launch and complete lifecycle. Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing communications. Requirements: 3 years of product management experience, with preferred experience in launching products sold within consumer retail brick and mortar and omnichannel distribution. A bachelor’s degree in engineering is strongly preferred, or a Business management degree. Proficient with Microsoft suite of products to include PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
