Property Manager – £28,000–£34,000 | WeybridgeMonday to Friday Be the organised heart of a fast-moving property teamWe’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Property Manager to join our team in Weybridge . If you're someone who thrives on structure, takes ownership of tasks, and enjoys building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, this could be the perfect next step in your property career. What you’ll be doing: This is a hands-on role where you’ll ensure the smooth running of a busy and varied portfolio. Responsibilities include: Entering fees for completions and uploading inventory reports Chasing tenant visa expiry dates and right to rent documentation Coordinating property maintenance and liaising with contractors Entering contractor invoices Managing compliance: GSRs, EICRs, PAT testing and PL insurances Organising (and potentially conducting) property inspections Handling check-outs and working closely with landlords and tenants during the process What we’re looking for: Strong attention to detail and a highly organised approach Confident communicator, able to manage relationships with professionalism and empathy Solid knowledge of lettings compliance and property processes Comfortable working independently and managing a busy workload Positive, solutions-focused attitude What we’re offering: A competitive salary of £28,000–£34,000 depending on experience A supportive, friendly team environment The opportunity to make the role your own and grow with the business A varied, rewarding workload where no two days are the same Modern office based in Weybridge, with good transport links This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional, people-focused business where your contribution really counts.
