Earnings : £13,05 service charge (up to £16.80h) Location : London, EC2M 3YD Contract type : Permanent, 40 hours per week, shifts falling between 6.30am and 10pm As a Pizza Maker you will be part of a larger team and produce different styles of pizzas using high-quality products. This vacancy is based in our Pizza alla Pala concept. Served on a wooden paddle, Pizza alla Pala is typical from Rome. The dough is hand-stretched on a wooden paddle before being cooked in the electric oven and then completed with the toppings. Experience with mixing and shaping fresh dough is a key requirement for the role. WERE LOOKING FOR Experience making fresh pizzas including mixing, shaping, and proofing dough. Experience with either wood fired oven or electric oven. Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams. Right to work in the UK. Fluent in English. Availability to work flexibly according to a rota that will cover mornings, evenings, and weekends.
