If so, this could be an ideal opportunity for you! The Copthorne Hotel Manchester is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager. The Food & Beverage Manager will ensure a high standard of customer service is provided at all times and that the team are supervised effectively. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about excellent customer service and creating a highly engaged team. Food & Beverage Manager responsibilities include: Planning and organisation of all Food & Beverage operations on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of the department Managing the Food & Beverage team to deliver outstanding customer service Reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely within the management team to ensure that all outlets are operating efficiently at all times Communicating effectively within the management team and attending meetings, as required Responding to guest feedback and Revinate reviews Participating in Duty Management shifts, as required Achieving Food & Beverage Key Performance Indicators What are we looking for? Strong people management experience within Food & Beverage operations Ability to lead the team and train as required Outstanding customer service skills Good organisational skills A professional approach with the ability to work well under pressure About The Hotel: The Copthorne Hotel Manchester sits peacefully on the attractive Salford Quays waterfront and is within easy reach of MediaCityUK.
