Day-to-day of the role: Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation. Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and seasonal specials. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role.
