Rates: £30 - £50 per hour Start Date: ASAP Ready to ditch the dull and dive into diverse? Our clients are looking for an experienced Mechanical Estimator who's ready to get stuck into a wide range of exciting building services projects across the UK. From office fit-outs and leisure centres to schools, universities, and decarbonisation schemes - no two days are the same here. What you'll be working on: Projects ranging from £5k to £2m (combined HVAC, plumbing, heating, drainage) Sectors include: public sector, healthcare, education, leisure, warehousing, and more. Mostly Design & Build - you'll need to understand the journey from concept to cost Estimating from a blank canvas using our in-house spreadsheet-based tools Close collaboration with PMs and clients - including the occasional MOD site What we're looking for: Solid experience in mechanical estimating (HVAC, plumbing, drainage) Comfortable working across multiple sectors - we don't pigeonhole Able to interpret preliminary designs and turn them into accurate estimates Confident using spreadsheets - we've built our own estimating system Someone who can hit the ground running - we're not looking to train from scratch Why join us?
