Are you a talented Chef de Partie looking for your next role in a luxury setting. Paying 34k plus tronc increasing package close to 38k (negotiable depending on experience). Great progression and temporary live in available. Our 5 AA Red Star award winning Hotel has established itself as one of the leading luxury hotels and restaurants in Wales and the UK set in the stunning Bala area. The ideal Chef de Partie will want to work a 5 day out of 7 rota but other hours maybe considered. What we offer: Package up to £34,000 plus Gratuities and Pension. The candidate will have the following attributes: Kitchen experience within the hospitality industry. Ability to create exciting dishes using fresh ingredients. Genuine and sincere nature with a real passion for food. A resilient nature with an ability to work under pressure.
