Chef de Partie

Are you a talented Chef de Partie looking for your next role in a Four Star Hotel in Gretna. Paying 30k plus tronc increasing package close to 34k (negotiable depending on experience). Great progression and temporary live in available to support with relocation. This Four Star Hotel has a fine dining restaurant and its fair share of weddings/events. The successful Chef de Partie will be available for a 5 day out of 7 rota. What we offer: Package up to £30,000 plus Gratuities and Pension. Gratuities are shared through a Tronc system. All extra days worked paid. Pension Meals whilst on duty. The candidate will have the following attributes: Kitchen experience within the hospitality industry. Ability to cook using fresh ingredients. Genuine and sincere passion for food. A resilient nature with an ability to work under pressure.
