Residential Property Associate Solicitor – Thatcham Location: Thatcham Contract Type: Permanent or Part Time Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 (Flexible) We have a new permanent opportunity for a full-time Associate Solicitor to join the successful and well-established Conveyancing Team in the Thatcham office. With the ideal candidate possessing 5 years PQE in residential property experience managing a varied and complex caseload. Role Responsibilities : Manage a varied case load of residential property transactions from instruction to completion. Attend and promote the firm at networking events and actively seeking new business relationships and building leads Build and maintain client relationships with personalised legal services, being able to understand the client needs and providing clear communication throughout the legal process. Collaborate with team members in the firm and ensuring the services are efficient and effective. Qualifications: 5 Years PQE in residential conveyancing Experience and proven business development skills and able to generate own pipelines and network effectively Looking for a self starter with strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively. Team player with an ability to build trusting relationships with clients and peers within the firm.
