This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic kitchen environment and enjoys the challenge of leading a team to deliver excellent food and service. Day-to-day of the role: Prepare and cook meals to a high standard, ensuring culinary satisfaction. Assist front of house staff with service to ensure a smooth operation. Operate tills and handle transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen to uphold health and safety standards. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong culinary and managerial skills. Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
