Housekeeping Supervisor

Number 10 Hotel is a Boutique 4 star hotel, wedding and events venue based in the Southside of Glasgow. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. You will play a key role, engaging with guests and providing outstanding service. The role is very hands on and you will be expected to also be helping with the cleaning of bedrooms and public areas when necessary. The role is physically demanding and we really do expect high standards from our team members, therefore please do consider this before applying for the position. As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead the team in absence of the Housekeeping Manager. You will support the team and management to ensure that the interior of the hotel, furniture, fitting and fixtures are clean, tidy and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will ensure guests receive an exceptional experience during their stay through an exceptional standard of delivery and professionalism. Some of your main responsibilities will include; Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operation Conducting inspections of guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces to maintain cleanliness standards Training new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction AMRT1_UKCT
