Wholesale Sales Manager - Meat

Job Summary: Currently seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our clients carton meat sales team in South Brisbane and drive business growth in the wholesale meat industry. As a hands-on sales leader, you'll develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue, margin, and market share in wholesale carton meat sales. About the Role: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow carton meat sales revenue and market share in wholesale and foodservice markets. Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and drive results-driven performance in carton meat sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with key carton meat customers, including wholesalers, foodservice providers, and retailers. Identify and capitalize on market trends and new revenue opportunities in carton meat sales, such as emerging customer needs or new product opportunities. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards in carton meat sales and distribution. What You'll Bring: Proven sales leadership experience in carton meat sales or the broader meat, food, or agribusiness sectors. 5 years of commercial sales experience in carton meat sales, with 2 years at a leadership level. Strong negotiation, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on carton meat sales and distribution.
