Project Manager - Nutraceutical Manufacturing

Novaris Search is excitingly partnered with a renowned UK-based contract manufacturer at the forefront of health & beauty product innovation , currently developing a diverse range of products for multiple globally-known brands and retailers . They are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to champion new and existing customer projects, guiding them from concept to commercialisation to maintain high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Direct all product-related projects , including internal initiatives and external customer tech transfers Drive Timely Execution: Create and oversee project timelines and communications from concept to launch Establish and ensure high quality standards, assess risks, and manage project scope effectively Resource Optimization: Allocate and monitor resources to ensure maximum efficiency. Proactive Reporting: Communicate outcomes and risks; escalate issues as needed. Client Engagement: Hands-on management of multiple client activities while guiding departmental teams, chairing weekly meetings ensuring clarity on action items Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or related 4 years of Project Management experience in manufacturing (contract manufacturing preferred) Familiarity with cGMP, Nutraceutical, Packaging or Food/Beverage industries ideally Strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead, motivate and manage teams Interested in this exciting opportunity?
