Your new role Opportunity to drive procurement strategy and lead a team Supplier sourcing, relationship and risk management Contract negotiations and cost savings Working closely with senior leadership to align with business goals What you'll need to succeed Sourcing experience within industrial manufacturing sector mandatory (ideally from engineering) Negotiation skills and ambitious, go-getter personality Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and suppliers People management, supervisory or mentoring experience a plus What you'll get in return Great people culture, supportive reporting line with impressive career you can learn from Strong career progression opportunities to lead a team Fully onsite-based, every Friday early finish!
