Product Development Technologist

Cranswick Gourmet Bacon is looking for a talented Development Technologist to join our NPD team. Based at our state-of-the-art site in Sherburn-in-Elmet, this role is perfect for someone passionate about innovation and creating premium products. Key Responsibilities: Lead NPD projects from concept to launch Work closely with chefs, commercial, and site teams Develop market-leading products that meet customer and business requirements Attend customer meetings and manage product presentations Ensure all documentation is completed and compliant Support trials, launches, and pre-production activities What We’re Looking For: Degree in Food Technology or similar 2 years’ NPD experience (ideally with retail customers) Strong project management and communication skills Experience with NPD systems Full UK driving licence Benefits: Company pension & wellbeing programme Employee discounts & stock purchase plan Cycle to work scheme Free parking Career development opportunities
