Waterperry Opera Festival is looking for a new CEO who will create and deliver “Britain’s youngest summer opera festival”. The CEO is accountable for creating and managing the programming, budgets, fundraising, marketing, partnerships, and people. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about attracting audiences to opera, entrepreneurial, collegial and creative who can work with the small core-team, founders and artists to stage innovative productions that suit the spaces at Waterperry. They will develop the company, its funding and financial stability, and build our repertoire and audiences into the future.
