Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Newton Abbot for a Lead AV Install Engineer at Azro - Cinema & Smart Home. The Lead AV Install Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of audio visual systems, managing a installations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements: Control4 / Lutron and similar install and configuration experience - min. 5 years A passion for Home Cinema and high end audio The ability to lead on site and deliver projects Technical Troubleshooting skills Customer Service and Communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Certifications such as CTS, CTS-D, or CEDIA are a plus Full Driving License
