Telephone Sales Executive Salary & Benefits: £32,000 negotiable, depending on experience Profit sharing scheme Contributory pension 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Hours: 7.30am to 4:30pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday & 8.00am to 11:00am Saturday rota 1-in-3 Location: Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire Company Description: Our client is the largest electrical distributor in the United Kingdom and serves both to the trade and to the public from over 300 locations in the UK. They are looking for an exceptional Internal Sales Executive to join their small team in Scunthorpe. This role offers an exciting opportunity to progress within the business and to be a part of their continued success. Skills Required: You will also be required to support the busy trade counter, serving customers face-to-face High standard of English & Mathematics Exceptional levels of customer service A proven track record of working in telephone sales in the Electrical Wholesale or similar trade industry is essential Key Responsibilities: Targeting new and dormant accounts to improve sales and margin performance along with actively promoting the company and their products and services Proactively seeking new business opportunities with new customers in the Facilities Management, retail, large and small contractors and commercial businesses in the Lincolnshire and surrounding areas Working closely with the manager and sales team, producing timely and accurate customer quotations Maintaining and growing your customer base by selling the company’s wide range of products whilst delivering an unrivalled customer service, developing relationships and encouraging repeat business
