Commercial Property / Environmental Solicitor Location - Bristol – Hybrid Working Join a strong South West regional law firm that has established a strong connection in this sector and now has a unique opportunity for a qualified solicitor to advise landowners on land regeneration, biodiversity enhancement, and environmental law, with a strong commercial property and planning emphasis. About the role: Advise clients such as developers and landowners on environmental improvements and land use strategy Focus on natural capital, biodiversity net gain and regenerative land projects Support major planning and development schemes with an environmental dimension Draft and negotiate legal documentation for land transactions with environmental and commercial implications What experience is required? 1-year PQE with experience in environmental, planning or commercial property law Background advising on land use, development or environmental regulation (or a strong interest in this evolving space) Experience in both advisory and transactional legal work A keen interest in environmental law and regulation What's on offer?
