Youll work with locally sourced, quality seasonal ingredients to create modern British cuisine with other influences. Working closely with an award-winning Executive Chef, you will collaborate on menu development for the bistro. Accommodation is available if needed. Previous experience as a strong SeniorSsous Chef or Head Chef in a high volume restaurant with British influence is essential An inspiring leader who will mentor, develop and help to retain a close-knit team of Chefs.
