To ensure all foods are stored correctly and stocks rotated in line with Food Hygiene requirements. To ensure the efficient operation of the kitchen during service, ensuring food is prepared and served to the standards required. Maintaining the cleanliness standards of the kitchen and exceeding local health and safety regulations Assist with directing and assisting the various sections within the kitchen.
