Project Manager - Master Data Management

Job Opportunity: Project Manager - Master Data Management Location: Marseille, France (On-site only) Duration: May 2025 – November 2025 Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract MarkJames Search is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-impact initiative for one of our key clients in Marseille. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires close collaboration with both internal teams and client stakeholders. We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic professional with a proven track record in end-to-end project management, ideally within Master Data Management (MDM) environments. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the project within scope, time, and quality constraints, using best-in-class project methodologies. Responsibilities Define scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource needs, and governance structures. Set up and manage communication plans across all levels of the project. Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams. Track progress, KPIs, and manage task assignments. Drive collaboration and effective communication across teams. Manage scope, schedule changes, and mitigate delays. Regularly report on project milestones, risks, and deliverables. Identify issues early and implement corrective actions. Keep stakeholders informed through structured reporting. Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure transparency and alignment on project goals. Facilitate status meetings and executive briefings. Lead post-project reviews and document lessons learned. Ensure proper handover of deliverables and final documentation. Secure stakeholder approval and closeout formalities. Requirements Extensive experience in project management, ideally with exposure to MDM projects. Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. Exceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English (French is a strong plus). Strong presence and availability to work onsite in Marseille throughout the duration of the contract.
