We are looking for a Customer Experience Analyst . As a Customer Experience Analyst, you will find solutions to the most unique challenges faced by our guests and team. Your goal is to deliver an outstanding customer experience at Tabas Apartments by solving customer issues and ensuring their satisfaction. You will analyze situations intelligently and establish continuous improvement processes for the company. This role offers a great opportunity for a dedicated and talented individual to gain insights into the hospitality industry. If you have experience in customer success, team coordination, problem-solving, and enjoy interacting with internal and external customers, then this role is for you! What You Will Focus On Tracking customer orders Evaluating services provided by internal and external collaborators Classifying and developing strategic information for various areas Being entrepreneurial, proactive, and contributing to company growth Handling complex guest inquiries and resolving issues to ensure excellent client experiences Collaborating across functions to identify and resolve customer support issues and improve processes Driving processes to deliver outstanding customer experiences Participating in building a 24/7 customer support system for Tabas Apartments THIS ROLE REQUIRES Experience in a customer service position Proficiency in English (advanced) and native Portuguese Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask Willingness to work on weekends when required J-18808-Ljbffr
