We at Recrutify, together with our partner KPIT, are looking for a Model Based Developer. Responsibilities: Requirement gathering, analyzing, and updating, including discussions with onsite counterparts and clients to develop and finalize the requirements. System-level requirement writing and finalizing technical profiles requirements. Analyzing input documents, high-level feature boundary diagrams, determining subfunction decomposition, and confirming compatibility with the application. High-level system requirement decomposition. Providing help/support for overall model development and process improvement. Optimizing and debugging, with strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills. Developing tools/scripts to improve overall productivity and process automation. Practicing coding guidelines, processes, and standards. Reviewing contents/artifacts for peer teammates. Conducting/attending daily stand-up/status calls with customers. Improving/supporting to enhance the quality of project artifacts. Requisitos B.E. or equivalent in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science with 5 years of experience in the automotive domain. Experience in system-level requirement writing. Strong knowledge of systems engineering, engine, powertrain domain, control systems, and performance control. Knowledge of requirement specification. Knowledge of engines and emission systems. Experience working in software/system development processes and methodologies in regulated industry areas (e.g., Waterfall, Scrum, Agile, etc.). Experience in model-based development. Exposure to MATLAB/SIMULINK tools. Knowledge of model-based design/auto code generation. Analytical ability and strong debugging skills. Basic knowledge of M scripting. Experience in the automotive domain is preferred. Hands-on experience with MATLAB/SIMULINK tool usage. Experience in CAN, SPI, UART, or I2C protocol and CAN-related tools. Hands-on experience with PTC Integrity Tool or equivalent. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-driven and adaptive personality, performing as both project leader and individual contributor as the situation dictates. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong RCA skills. Program design skills and coding best practices.
