Job Description We are expanding ourSouth Western Sydneyteam and would love to welcome a passionate and dedicatedKey Workerto join us in making a positive impact in our community.As part of ourmultidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in supportingfamilies & children,helping them to thrive & reach their full potential. Successful candidates will be providing supports to cover NDIS participants living in theCampbelltown, Prestons, Minto, Ingleburn, Casula, Liverpool & surrounding areas(depending on where you live). About Therole You will be putting your exceptional skills to use as you Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely mannerDeliver much needed Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) services to participants within schools, homes and the communityProvide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of lifeCollaborate within themultidisciplinary teamMaintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance What's in it for you? Qualifications To be successful in this role you will have: University qualifications in oneof the following fields - Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Social Workor Early Childhood EducationExtensive key worker experienceworking with children aged 0-7 years and familiesExperience in delivering services under the NDISStrong knowledge and advocation for the key worker modelDemonstrated suitability to working within a multidisciplinary teamExcellent time management and organisational skills to manage a caseloadA desire and passion todeliver high quality, evidence based therapeutic ECIservices.
