The Opportunity As a Support Centre Officer, you will serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support. The Support Centre team manages all Workskills incoming phone enquiries, assists with participant appointment needs, and completes compliance-related administrative tasks for the organisation. The be part of the Support Centre Team team requires excellent multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a busy call centre environment. This position calls for professionalism, confidentiality, resilience and a strong commitment to the organisation's mission to positively impact the Tasmanian community.
