You'll work with a supportive and experienced team, gaining hands-on experience in managing a diverse property portfolio, building relationships with owners and tenants to ensure our buildings run efficiently. The role will report to our Senior Commercial Property Manager and will: Assist with the day-to-day management of commercial properties. Be the first point of contact for our commercial tenants Organise repairs and maintenance for our portfolio Administer leases and compliance Maintain and update our property management systems About you: Passionate about starting or growing a career in Commercial Property Management Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable dealing with people at all levels Highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Ability to multi-task, problem solve, and work both independently and as part of a team A positive attitude and a genuine drive to succeed Prior experience in real estate or property management is preferred
