About the Role: Now is the time to make the move and join Intereach’s People, Quality and Risk Team in this newly created position reporting directly to the Compliance, Safety and Risk Manager. You will strengthen our risk management foundations and work alongside the senior leadership team to assess, mitigate and manage corporate risk effectively. While contributing to the overall enhancement of Intereach’s risk culture, the Risk Advisor plays a critical role in driving continuous improvement in the delivery of business continuity and best practice aligned to corporate goals and governance frameworks. If this role sparks your interest, and you hold a tertiary qualification in Risk Management, Business Administration, or other related field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in risk management, then we would love to hear from you. This position is full time (part time – minimum 3 days per week also considered) and can be based at any Intereach office requiring regular in-office presence and the willingness to travel as required. This position has been classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award as a Level 5 with an annual salary starting at $97,377.28 Superannuation Salary Packaging options.
