Job Description
We are looking for an experienced part time office support officer to join our client's team. Our client is an engineering business who specialise in fabrication, maintenance and installation located in Karratha. They are happy to look at whatever hours you prefer to work (school hours - other part time work currently working) -generally work from 6am to 6pm, Mon to Fri. We would prefer someone with proven experienced in an office support role. Experience required: MS Office suite Xero - preferred but not essential (We can train) WorkflowMax - preferred but not essential (We can train) Generating and administration of Purchase Orders Manage supplier invoices - reconciling invoices with purchase orders Communication with VDE Supervisors to assist their current job progress or planned works Processing of Delivery Dockets / Vendor invoices Daily Workshop Timesheet entry/ validation/ reconciliation Support daily safety processes and protocols Prepare weekly and monthly business reports & KPI's General Administration and electronic filing Pay: $45 p/h Duration: Ongoing What's in it for you?
