Plant Operator – Excavator Branch – Water Infrastructure Services Full-time | Permanent | Goombungee Depot Weekly rate: $1,197.40 plus access to overtime, wet weather etc Council Vehicle rostered on call only Work/life balance: 9-day fortnight About You As our Plant Operator you will be responsible for operating and maintaining an Excavator and related tools, ensuring they are in good condition and used in accordance with laws, policies, and best practices. Additionally, you will also perform labour and other skilled tasks to a high standard. The position requires following approved quality and environmental procedures and participating in the after-hours/on-call roster system. You may be asked to work in all areas of Water and Sewer Maintenance depending on operational needs. WHS Competency (White Card) for the construction industry Current WHS Certificate of Competency for “LE” Excavator (up to 0.5 cubic meter capacity).
