Loader / Storeperson / Machine Operator - Hybrid Role

About the role Apex Building Products is seeking a motivated and flexible worker to join our team! Reporting directly to the Branch Manager you will be involved in loading our trucks, preparing orders, and operating our machines. MUST HAVE Forklift License Benefits Full-time permanent position (start daily at 4am) Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week Overtime available Excellent career opportunity with growth potential Join a dynamic achievement driven team Strong company, strong future Responsibilities Loading/unloading trucks Preparing store orders for delivery/pick-up Maintaining store stock levels Operating machinery to process steel coil into building products General factory/warehouse duties Ensure work area is maintained in a clean and safe manner Skills & experience The successful candidate will demonstrate the following criteria: MUST HAVE Forklift License Driver's License is required Experience in operating heavy machinery Attention to detail and ability to work independently Great Team player Nice to have: Truck licence and experience with Building products or steel handling About the company Apex Building Products is part of Australia's largest privately owned steel manufacturer & distributor.
