Job Title : Marketing Specialist Location : 348 Peel Street, Tamworth NSW 2340 Reports to: Director Pay: $74,000 plus per annum depending on skills and experience Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team at AUSZ Pty Ltd. Building on an outstanding reputation as a rural and regional pharmacy group, AUSZ Pty Ltd is further diversifying its business activities into the disability sector. As the company’s Marketing Specialist, you will focus on creating and executing an overarching strategic marketing plan to integrate and promote our newly diversified business enterprise as the supplier of choice for pharmaceutical and disability products across our regional network. Key Responsibilities : Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement marketing strategies specifically tailored for our integrated regional retail operations. Brand Building & Positioning: Collaborate with the Director to ensure the AUSZ brand is effectively positioned in our rural and regional market, emphasizing its unique qualities and value proposition. Campaign Management: Develop and oversee marketing campaigns for both digital and traditional platforms, including social media, email, and websites, with a primary focus on generating awareness and engagement for our diversified operations. Content Creation: Create engaging and informative content that resonates with potential clients, using storytelling techniques to convey the brand’s narrative through various channels (social media and blogs). Customer Insights & Market Research: Conduct in-depth research into trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities. Use this information to tailor marketing efforts and maintain a competitive edge. Cross-Channel Marketing: Manage integrated campaigns across online and offline channels to reach the target audience, driving both brand loyalty and sales. Event Marketing & Promotions: Plan and execute events, trade shows, and consumer promotions to elevate brand presence and engagement. Partnerships & Collaborations: Work closely with distributors, and influencers in our regional market to promote our brand and foster long-term relationships that enhance sales opportunities. Sales Support & Collateral Development: Develop marketing materials and sales tools to support driving revenue and building stronger relationships with key customers. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on the performance of all marketing activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Preferred Qualifications : Experience: 1 years of marketing specialist experience, with a background in the disability product industry and or NDIS operations. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Law or related fields. Skills : Strong understanding of marketing strategies, best practices and regulatory requirements for pharmacy and disability sector operations. Proven experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset for content creation. Ability to analyze market data and customer insights to drive decision-making. Strong project management and organizational skills, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
