The Role Our Hotel reception team currently have an opportunity for a casual Guest Service Agent (GSA) to join the team. Our GSA's are an integral part of the Chateau Elan team, providing front line customer service to all guests in the Hotel, and being the friendly face needed if any issues should arise. You will be part of a dynamic, service-driven team, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As our next GSA, you pride yourself on a high level of customer service and your ability to manage complex customer issues with a breeze. We are willing to train for the right candidate! Of course, you will be familiar with the beautiful Hunter Valley area and will be able to make relevant recommendations to our guests on local wineries, restaurants and things to do! You are able to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
