Depending on need, positions shift quickly between front and back of house services. Services include but not limited to: - provision of Service NSW services including agency functions - provision of first point of customer contact services (telephone and in-person) - Approved current Individual User Identification Number issued by Service NSW to access DRIVES database . - Demonstrated high level skills and knowledge in customer service, excellent communication skills, resolve conflict & relate well to a diverse range of customers. - Full-time 12 month Maternity Position.
