Assistant Store Manager

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER Waldron’s Fresh IGA Corowa, located on the Mighty Murray 48kms from Albury/Wodonga, requires an Assistant Store Manager. We are a Multi Award Winning store and are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our leadership team and continue to grow our people and our business. The Waldron Family have been operating supermarkets for over 40 years and believe that our team are as important as our customers. You will be a proactive leader, able to effectively oversee multiple departments, financials, rosters, and the day to day running of our supermarket. About you and your skills Direct/Indirect leadership experience as you'll need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements To maintain excellent department standards including monitoring stock, rotation routines, wastage, shrinkage and quality control Motivated to excel in all aspects of the business Customer Focused & Community Minded Ability to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment Previous Management Experience This is a full-time role, with a rotating roster that allows you to get out and enjoy everything the region has to offer.
