Discovery Parks, Jindabyne is located on the shores of Lake Jindabyne, close to the ski resorts of Perisher and Thredbo. About the role We're looking for a hands-on leader to help keep our park running smoothly and looking its best. In this role, you'll: Maintain park accommodations, facilities, and amenities. Oversee general grounds upkeep, including landscaping and irrigation. Manage daily operations and respond to after-hours callouts. Assist with guest check-ins, arrivals, and overall guest experience. Support budgeting, cost control, and revenue maximization. Inspire and support the team to deliver top-tier service. About You You're a proactive and experienced professional who can confidently step up in the Manager’s absence and contribute to the smooth operation of the park. Ideally, you’ll bring: Proven experience in grounds & maintenance tasks (trade qualifications highly regarded). Strong leadership and team management skills. Previous experience in groundskeeping for a large property or holiday park. Financial management and budget oversight expertise. Tech-savviness, with experience using RMS or similar reservation systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-focused approach. Flexibility and availability for weekend and after-hours shifts.
