Your Role: As a Sales Consultant , you will be responsible for driving sales and guiding potential homeowners through the journey of securing their ideal lifestyle at Palm Lake Resort Paynesville . In this role, you will: · Engage with potential homeowners, guiding them through a seamless and personalised journey; · Build and maintain strong relationships, understand individual needs, and showcase the benefits of Palm Lake Resort; · Drive sales by presenting luxury display homes and highlighting the lifestyle opportunities available; · Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction reflects Palm Lake Resort’s premium standards; · Assist with sales events and marketing initiatives to generate interest and attract prospective residents; · Stay informed on market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to support sales success; · Maintain the presentation of display homes and sales areas to create an inviting and lasting impression.
