The Role Epworth Medical Imaging (EMI) is seeking a dynamic full time customer service orientated Radiology Administration Officer to join our Imaging Reception team, located in Geelong. To be successful in this role you will… Previous Radiology/Medical billing experience Strong customer service with a focus on patient centred care A professional attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills The ability to multi-task and work cohesively in a fast-paced team environment Working in a busy collaborative department with medical and non-medical personnel We are seeking professional Radiology administration officer who takes pride and ownership in their work and want to be part of a growing organisation. We are looking for team members who love to work in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer service, with accurate booking and billing skills. On the job training in the systems will be provided. Previous experience in a radiology or medical receptionist role is essential. Epworth Medical Imaging Epworth Medical Imaging (EMI) is part of the Sonic Healthcare network, providing high quality imaging services to both Epworth Hospital locations and the wider community. EMI employ approximately 250 highly skilled Radiologists and staff, providing Angiography, Intervention, Bone Mineral Densitometry (BMD), Computed Tomography, Dental X-Ray (OPG), General X-Ray, MRI, 3D and Contrast Mammography, Nuclear Medicine and PET and Ultrasound.
