IT Field Technician

Technician – ViridianIT ViridianIT specialises as a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Quality Field Service Technicians, meeting the changing needs of our clients throughout Australia. Our team offers the highest quality service and support to a vast range of Clients. The Technician is responsible for ensuring completion of all IT tasks in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including undertaking site visits and Field Service requests, as required. Position Title: IT Technician - Field Technician (Entry Level) Work Location: Mildura, VIC Position Reports To: Operations Manager Key Selection Criteria Willingness to learn and problem solve. Excellent customer service Ability to liaise with external clients on all technical requirements. Ability to work within a team environment but also alone. A personable nature with the ability to relay information in person and over the phone. Experience and/or Qualifications Problem solving mindset Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of basic hardware is desired but not required.
