Position: Chef (Full-Time, Permanent) Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: $72,000 - $74,000 per annum (plus 11.5% superannuation) Responsibilities: Preparation and cooking of high-quality Italian cuisine, including Roman-style pizzas, pasta dishes, and traditional Italian specialties. Ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and adherence to authentic recipes. Collaborating with the culinary team on menu planning, development, and implementation. Managing food storage, preparation, and inventory control. Maintaining kitchen cleanliness, food safety standards, and compliance with health regulations. Requirements: Relevant qualifications and experience as a Chef in a full-service restaurant environment. Passion for traditional Italian cuisine and a dedication to culinary excellence. Ability to work efficiently in a busy, team-oriented environment. Strong understanding of kitchen operations, inventory management, and food hygiene standards. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
