Supervisor – Insurance Sector Are you an experienced Supervisor with Estimating skills looking for an exciting opportunity in the insurance construction sector? Our client is nationally recognised company specialising in residential and commercial insurance building projects. Responsibilities: Manage a variety of insurance building projects across Sunshine CoastOversee day-to-day operations, ensuring projects meet WHS, QA & building codesCarry out site assessments to determine cause of damage and return accurate reportsScope works, write detailed reports, and manage insurance claims processingProvide exceptional customer service & liaise with insurance representativesLead and guide claims management staff Required Experience: 5 years in construction as supervisor and estimator or carpentry trade backgroundExperience in insurance repairs, scoping & reportingQBCC License & strong understanding of WHS regulationsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyComputer-literate with experience using Prime Software (preferred)Valid driver’s license with a clean record What’s on Offer: Stable, full-time position with career growth opportunitiesWork with a trusted company in the insurance construction industryExposure to both residential and commercialCompetitive salary & great team environment If you’re ready to take on a diverse & rewarding role, we’d love to hear from you!
