About Us: Eight Willows Retreat is a 4.5-star luxury retreat nestled in the heart of the South West. With 27 self-contained chalets and a stunning function centre, we are a sought-after destination for weddings, leisure stays, and corporate events. The Role: As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our housekeeping department to ensure our chalets and facilities are presented to the highest standard. You’ll play a key role in upholding our reputation for excellence and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, support, and train housekeeping staff Allocate daily tasks and conduct quality checks on rooms and public areas Liaise with Reception and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards Assist with hands-on cleaning tasks as required About You: Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within hospitality or accommodation Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness and presentation Ability to lead and motivate a team Excellent time management and communication skills Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to lead by example.
