Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network – Port Augusta ASO2 | Part Time 0.5 FTE | Ongoing Base Salary Range: $58,709 - $63,154 p.a (pro rata) In addition to base salary, this position attracts Superannuation, Leave Loading, and Salary Sacrificing Benefits (salary packaging). Further details regarding this can be found here Accommodation support may be available - conditions apply About the Role: Take on an essential and dynamic role in our Day Surgery team, where you'll be at the heart of coordinating elective surgery bookings and ensuring smooth patient experiences. As the Day Surgery Receptionist , you'll manage patient bookings through the Personify Care Digital Communication Platform, ensuring efficient communication with the Department Nurse Unit Manager, patients, and both internal and external visiting surgeons and their practice staff. You’ll play a key role in managing the BLIS Elective Surgery waitlists, handling the necessary actions, and coordinating bookings for Pre-Anaesthetic clinics, ensuring seamless and timely scheduling. Additionally, you’ll utilize and manage the ORMIS booking system, along with coordinating chemotherapy patient bookings in both the iQemo and Sunrise systems. This position offers a fast-paced, varied work environment where your organizational skills and attention to detail will directly contribute to delivering excellent patient care. Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category B (indirect contact with blood or body substances) Applicant Information: This is a part time vacancy, working 37.5 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
